1935 Federation formed by merger of light castings foundries, including Burnbank Foundry Co, Camelon Iron Co, Grangemouth Iron Co and Watson, Gow and Co Ltd.

1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Cast Ironwork for use in public buildings and dwelling houses, namely, Baths, Ranges and Grates, Interiors, Soil, Rainwater, Drain and Hot Water Boilers, and Heating Cisterns and architectural work. (Stand Nos. B.909 and B.810) [1]

1951 Six of the subsidiaries of Federated Foundries Ltd were makers of cast-iron rain water goods.

1957 Fifteen companies in the group-[2]

1965 Amalgamated with Allied Ironfounders.
