1865 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Alexander Fairweather, Alfred Austin Rickaby, and Thomas Robinson Irwin, as Engine Builders and Fitters and Manufacturers of Railway Spikes, Bolts, Rivets, Screws, and other articles, at the South Dock, in Sunderland, in the county of Durham, under the style or firm of Fairweather, Rickaby, and Co, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all assets will be received, and all liabilities discharged, by the said Thomas Robinson Irwin...'[1]
