Engineer and Surveyor for the New Shoreham Urban District Council, 1899-1903; Engineer and Surveyor to Steyning West Rural District Council for past seventeen years; Engineer and Managing Director of the Steyning Gas Co., and in private practice. Chief Works: Reconstruction of the whole of the highways in the district, Henfield water supply, Shermanbury water supply, drainage works, Henfield, and all the improvement works in the district; remodelling the Steyning Gas Works.
