Francis Henry Nalder (1859-1931) of Nalder Brothers and Co

1859 Born at Reigate the son of Francis Nalder[1], a Fundholder,[2] and his wife Susan

1881 Living in Heston, Middx, an engineer, with Frances Nalder 51, a cashier, and Susan Nalder 46[3]

1884 Founded a business with his brother, Herbert Nalder, to manufacture electrical instruments in Brentford, Middlesex; this became Nalder Brothers and Co.

1894 Married Helen Merry in Bromley[4]

1896 With Alfred Soames, both of 16 Red Lion St, Clerkenwell, gained a patent on electric switches

1911 Living at 104 Gleneldon Road, Streatham: Francis Henry Nalder (age 51 born Reigate), Electrical Engineer - Manufacturers of Electrical Instruments - Employer. With his wife Helen Maud Nalder (age 45 born Chiselhurst) and their four children. Three servants.[5]

1931 Died at Beckenham, Kent[6]
