Situated on Heavitree Road, Exeter and now known as Atlas House

1913 Foundation stone laid by F. G. Towill. It will provide accommodation for 30 girls and 44 boys with four attendants bedrooms. Also two day rooms, three sitting rooms, a dining hall, Two bath-rooms with four baths etc. Builders are Soper and Ayres and design is by R. M. Challice.[1]
