Entre Rios Railway

Ferrocarril de Entre Ríos (F.C.E.R.) - the Entre Rios Railway Co Ltd - was a standard gauge railway in Argentina, initially running between Port Ruiz and Gualeguay.

1907 Description of the train-ferry steamer Lucia Carbo, built and engined by A. and J. Inglis, Glasgow, for the Entre Rios Railway Company. 278 ft. long between perpendiculars, 56 ft. broad, and 18 ft. 10 in. in depth. Intended to form a connecting-link between the Entre Rios system and the lines leading to Buenos Aires, conveying trains a distance of about 50 miles on the River Plate.[1]
