English Electric Aircraft Equipment

1964 The manager of D. Napier and Son was also appointed manager of English Electric's Aircraft Equipment Division at Bradford. A spokesman said that there was no intention of trying to put the two divisions together[1]

1969 Five orders worth about £5 million were announced by English Electric aircraft equipment division - among them was a £600,000 order for electrical generating equipment for the American Lockheed Tristar[2]

Presumably then became part of English Electric-AEI Machines of Phoenix Works.
