From Graces Guide

1964 Company incorporated, by Robert Simpson, Michael Ray, Denis Naisbitt and Lynton Fletcher. Its first offices were two unfurnished rooms above a potato stall in the Greenwich Vegetable Market.

1967 The first EXPO in the company's history, working on the UK Pavilion's "Britain Today" exhibition.

1972 Acquired a US company

1970s The company had an audio division which designed theatre, studio and audiovisual sound equipment.

1994 The company produced lighting, communication and show systems for hotels, entertainment events and other public venues.

1996 Produced the visual display system for the European Space Agency's launch control room for the Ariane 5 satellite launchers at the Kourou Space Center.

2005 Purchased Associates in Media Engineering, systems design company whose expertise would serve as the foundation for Electrosonic’s Design Consulting division.
