1890 Public company incorporated formed from combination of J. G. Statter and Co with the United Electrical Engineering Co[1], particularly for construction of telpher lines; their works were at West Drayton.[2] J G Statter and Co was voluntarily wound up. Edward Manville was one of the joint managing directors of the new company[3]
