For many years was the maker of safe load indicators for all types of cranes, presumably established by E. K. Cole Ltd. Later also made nucleonic counters, military equipment.

1981 Part of Cambridge Electronic Industries when it was incorporated as a plc.

1985 Maker of electronic safety systems for cranes and fork-lift trucks; acquired by Morganite Electrical Carbon[1]
