The sudden death took place on Monday, at West Hartlepool, of Mr. Edward Gascoigne, who has been for many years the representative of the Weardale Steel, Coal, and Coke Co at Middlesbrough and West Hartlepool. He was well known in commercial circles both on Tyneside and Teesside.
