1917 Obituary.[1]

We regret to have to record the death, on June 23rd, in London, of Edward Frederick Innes, Associate of the Institution.

He was born in Dublin on November 2nd. 1866. Although not an engineer by profession, he took very great interest in locomotives, and when this Institution was formed six years ago, was one of the first Associates. He occasionally contributed short descriptive articles to the railway papers.
