EDWARD DAVEY died suddenly at Lyntonon September 11, 1915.

He was for fourteen years a director and for thirty-one years secretary of the firm of John Lysaght, Ltd., ironmasters, of Bristol, Newport, and Scunthorpe.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1912.
