1871 The Copartnery of EADIE & SPENCER, Iron Tube Makers, Glasgow, and its then Individual Partners, ceased, on 31st December 1871, to be Partners of, or interested in, the CLYDESDALE IRON COMPANY, Malleable Iron Manufacturers, Holytown, whereof they and the Subscribers Dougald M'Corkindale and Andrew Bain were the sole Partners.[1]
