1964 Obituary[1]

"We regret to record the death, on November 20th, of Mr E. Y. Caswell, former general sales manager of The Skefko Ball Bearing Company Ltd., of Luton. Mr Caswell, who was sixty-three, and was widely known throughout the engineering industry, retired in December 1963. He joined the company in 1931 as a representative at Birmingham, and later became assistant branch manager there, In 1946 he moved to Bristol as branch manager, subsequently being appointed district manager when he also took control of the company's offices in Cardiff and Exeter. On his transfer to Skefko's head office at Luton in 1954, Mr Caswell became sales manager and in 1961 he was appointed general sales manager."
