1921 Partnership dissolved. '... us, the undersigned, Cecil Nathan and Edward Charles Gillott, carrying on business as Automobile Engineers and Manufacturers' Agents, at 34, Regent-street, London, W.1, under the style or firm of "E. JAMES & CO.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the eighteenth day of June, 1921. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received or paid by the said Cecil Nathan.
