1836 Company established.

1866 Acquired by Donald Fisher.

1913 Donald Fisher Limited was incorporated as a private limited company, with capital of £25,000, to acquire and carry on the business of Donald Fisher.[1]

1915 Donald Fisher, chairman of the company, died on 4 June, aged 77.[2]

1921 The company went into voluntary liquidation. A note indicated that the wholesale business would be continued by a new company registered under the same name.[3] Donald Fisher Limited was therefore incorporated as a private limited company, with capital of £5,000, to carry on the business of whisky merchants, brewers, distillers etc.[4]
