1899 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, George Francis Gabriel Des Vignes and Walter Amelius Cloud, carrying on business as Engineers, Boiler Makers, Steam and Electric Yacht and Launch Builders, Barge Builders, and Motor Car Manufacturers, at Magnolia Works, Strand-on-the-Green, Chiswick, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of Des Vignes Cloud and Co., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of January, 1899. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm as between the 16th day of November, 1898, and the 31st day of January, 1899, will be received and paid by the said Walter Amelius Cloud who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of Des Vignes Cloud and Co...'[2]
