Presumably successor to Delta Enfield Cables Ltd., of Copperworks, Copperworks Road, Llanelli.

1988 Company formed, 64 percent owned by Delta Metal Co and 36 percent by Hawker Siddeley (Crompton Parkinson ), to pool most of their cable interests[1]

1990 Second largest maker of cables in the UK[2]

1992 Following the BTR acquisition of Hawker Siddeley, Delta acquired the 36 percent share of the venture owned by HS[3]
