1899 C. De Trey and Co was established as wholesale dealers in artificial teeth and all dental appliances.

1911 Public company incorporated to acquire the private company[1]. The goods were manufactured by Messrs De Trey Brothers[2]

1914 Acquired one-third interest in the Dental Supply Co of New York.

1924 Merger with Claudius Ash, Sons and Co, another of the leading British firms making dental appliances, to form Amalgamated Dental Co
