1970 The name of Loewy Engineering Co Ltd was changed to Davy Manufacturing Co Ltd[1]

1973 Davy and United Engineering Co became Davy-Loewy, the mills and machinery division of Davy International; the division designed, engineered and manufactured machinery for the forming and shaping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

1978 A subsidiary of Davy Corporation

1981 The company's shareholding in Marlow Industrial Systems was sold to Loewy Robertson Engineering Co, a subsidiary of Davy Corporation[2]

1982 The name of Davy Manufacturing Co Ltd was changed to Davy-Loewy Ltd[3]
