1876 Company founded.

1899 Public company. The company was registered on 17 March, to take over the business of engineers and screw manufacturers of a private company of the same name. [1]

1914 Screw manufacturers and metal merchants. [2]

1961 Light engineers, manufacturing screws, nuts and bolts, wireless terminals, lubricator nipples, steel ball joint, carburettor components, cycle tyres, valves and safety razor frames. [4]

1961 Acquired by Delta Metal Co, converting a customer into a Delta subsidiary[6]
