1851 "Mr. Abraham L. Bensusan, Proprietor of Vaucher's Patent Woven Hose , 1 , Chapel-place , Poultry , London."[2]. Exhibited one piece three-quarter inch diameter Vaucher's patent woven hose.

1863 "Vaucher's Patent Woven HOSE , for Fire Engines , Ship , Agricultural , Mining and Railway purposes , is particularly adapted for Tropical Climates , and has stood the test of upwards of twenty years . May be had of any length or ..."[3]

1883 Adverts in many publications: "A. L. BENSUSAN, Grandson of the Original Proprietor of VAUCHER’S PATENT, of ALBION CHAMBERS, Finsbury Pavement, E.C., best hand woven seamless flax garden hose, for lightness, strength and durability. It is the best Hose for all Garden Purposes ..."[4]
