1854 Company established by George Wright, George Wilton Chambers, a barrister, and Henry Crichley at Burton Weir, Sheffield, trading as Crichley, Wright and Co.

1861 Henry Crichley moved to Birmingham; the other 2 partners continued in business in Sheffield[1]

1878 Dissolution of the Partnership between Henry Crichley and Henry Wilde, carrying on business at Bordesley Works, Coventry-road, and in Cannon-street, both in Birmingham, Stove Grate Manufacturers, under the style or firm of Crichley, Wilde, and Co. All debts due to and by the said partnership concern will be received and paid by the said Henry Crichley.[2]
