By 1957 was a subsidiary of Ever Ready (Holdings). As well as providing specialised engineering for the parent company, the company also carried out work for outside customers. Had developed special machines for Sculpture Milling, carving items out of solid metal; these developments were of interest to companies working for the aircraft industry as well as aircraft makers
