1850 The Business carried on respectively under the Firms of Archibald Craig and Company, Engineers, and Turiff and Fullerton, Iron Founders, will hereafter be carried on in the same premises, under the Firm of Craig, Fullerton and Co, signed Archibald Craig, Alexander Fullerton Junior, Matthew Hodgart, John Barclay[1]

1872 Dissolution of the copartnery, Craig, Fullerton and Co., Engineers and Ironfounders, in Paisley, by expiry of the Contract. The Subscribers, Alexander Fullerton, Matthew Hodgart, and John Barclay, or any of them, are authorized to pay all debts due by, and receive and discharge all debts due to, the said Firm[2]
