1912 Smith and Johnson leave the partnership. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Daniel Henry Hurley, James Richard Martin, George Johnson, and Albert Edward Smith, carrying on business as Engineers, at Stoney Stanton road, in the city of Coventry, under the style or firm of "THE COVENTRY AERO AND MARINE ENGINE COMPANY," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, so far as regards the said George Johnson and Albert Edward Smith...'[1]
