1896 Company started by Leopold Harris at Hearsall Lane, Chapelfields

1902 Took over the Carlton Motor Co

1903 Relocated to Far Gosford Street, Coventry

Maker of cars from 1903 designed by Walter Iden the Chief Engineer

1905 December. Company to cease trading. '...the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and at the same Meeting, Joshua Perkins, of the Cottage, Stoke, Coventry, was appointed Liquidator...Joshua Perkins, Chairman'. 1906 The company was in difficulties and may have been taken over by Humber

1910 The whole operation was stopped and the factory converted to housing
