1980 Set up by John Jones[1]

1987 Acquired BETEC plc, a quoted company into which it reversed; went onto sell land at Aylesbury for housing[2]. Name changed to Clayhithe plc.

1991 Name changed to Clayhithe Group Ltd

1994 Acquired Horstmann Group.

1998 Clayhithe plc, described as an electronic equipment group, was acquired by the measurement and controls group Roxspur plc.[3]

2014 Clayhithe was wound up[4]
