1881 Share issue. 'This company is formed for the purpose of purchasing the "Clarence Mills," a "going concern," situate at Bollington, near Macclesfield, and for carrying on the business of cotton spinning. The weekly producing capacity of the mills will be about 73,000 lbs. The directors will take over the concern as now working, but the vendor undertakes to supply the remaining 37,300 mule spindles and preparation machinery within four months of the day of transfer.
