Born at Liversedge the son of William Rymer and his wife Hannah Taylor Richardson

1911 Living at 4 Dundee Grove, Liscard, Wallasey: Clarence Frederick Rymer (age 28 born liversedge), Accountant - Oil and Grease manufacturers. With his wife Annie.[1]

1943 Died. 'Clarence Frederick Rymer, a former member of Wallasey Town Council, and chairman and founder of the Southport branch of the Common Wealth Party, died to-day at a Southport nursing home. He had been ill for about a week. Mr. Rymer. who lived in Manchester Road, Southport, was member of the Southport Chamber of Trade, had resided in Southport about two years, and had opened a business the town. He leaves a widow. Mr. Rymer was a member of the Wallasey Council for 15 years, during the last three years of which he was an alderman. He retired in 1926, resigning his aldermanic seat in the middle of a six years’ term. While at Wallasey. Mr. Rymer was identified with several motor undertakings in the district.'[2]
