'...the Partnership heretofore existing between William Henry Bailey, William Thomas Lawton, and John Buckley, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Dealers and Agents, at 369, City-road and 62, Bridge-street, both in Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of the City Cycle Company, was this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
