1970 Hawtin Industries sold its interests in Cheswick and Wright to Tube Investments[5]
1973 Part of Tube Investments silencer group; British Leyland Motor Corporation selected Cheswick and Wright as supplier of catalyst systems for car exhausts[6]
1973 Cheswick and Wright manufacturers of Commercial Vehicle exhaust equipment. of Risley, Warrington.[7]
1973 Cheswick and Wright, part of the TI Silencer Group, to supply catalyst assemblies.[8]
1988 TI Group sold TI Cheswick to Arvin Industries
