1954 Made aerial mast from Bakelite for the Vickers: Viscount[1]

1968 Chelton (Electrostatics), part of Chelton (Holdings), was a maker of antenna systems and static discharge controls for civil and military aircraft[2]

1971 Acquired the aircraft aerial business of Standard Telephones and Cables[3]

1989 Flight Refuelling acquired Linborn, holding company of the Chelton Group[4]

1996 Chelton Electrostatics developed a new radar dome for Concorde to satisfy American requirements for a new traffic control system[5]
