Charles Stroud Williams was in partnership with Thomas Howard Head as Head, Williams and Co

1876 Williams succeeded to the business, carrying it on under the style of Charles Williams and Company, of Millwall and Westminster, in partnership with Mr. Hugh Stanton.

1889 Partnership dissolved; Hugh Stanton carried on the business under the name of Charles Williams and Co[1]
