Born the son of Henry Overton Wills

1879 Kingswood and Parkfield Colliery Co Ltd formed as a partnership between Handel Cossham and Charles S. Wills.

1942 Died. 'MR. Charles Seccombe Wills, of 2, Cotham Lawn-rd., Bristol, formerly connected with the colliery industry, a member of the famous Bristol tobacco family, and last surviving son of Mr. Henry Overton Wills, who died in December last, aged 87'[1]
