CHARLES ROWLEY PARKER, B.Sc. (Engineering) (Lond.), born at Harrow Weald in 1888, died of wounds received in action at the Dardanelles on the 10th July, 1915.

On completing, with distinction, his University career, he joined the engineering staff of the Rio de Janeiro City Improvement Company, relinquishing his appointment to return home in October, 1914, and enlist in an Engineers’ Field Company, Royal Naval Division.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 3rd March, 1914.
