1891 Married at Islington to Agnes Marie Pettit

1911 Living at 165A High Street, Berkhamsted: Charles Edwin Southey (age 44 born Newport, Mon.), Cycle and Motor Engineer - Employer. With his wife Agnes Marie Southey and their daughter.[2]

1928 Died. 'Southey.—On March 9th, 1929, at Whyteleafe Cross, Oak-road, Berkhampstead, Charles Edwin Southey, aged 62 years.'[3]

Buried in Rectory Lane Cemetery, Berkhampsted.
