'...the Partnership which heretofore existed between us the undersigned, or some of us, in the carrying on of the Colliery concern, called the Chamber Colliery Company, under the several firms of Joseph Jones, junior, and Co. and William Jones and Co. is dissolved, so far as respects the undersigned Joseph Jones, John Worthington, Nathan Worthington, John Duucuft Worthington, and George Henry Worthington; and that the said concern will be carried on in future under the firm of William Jones and Co. - Witness our hands.
