1933 The MD is W. H. Chadwick.[2]

1960 Bought by Polycell Holdings.[3]

Polycell was later acquired by Reed International

1987 Acquired by Williams Holdings which formed Crown Berger in 1988.

1990 Nobel Industries Sweden bought Crown Berger and sold Acorn brushes, which had been part of Crown Berger, to Lionheart[4]
