'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Fitton and James Henry Green, carrying on business as Dealers in and Repairers of Motors, Motor Cycles, Bicycles, and Tricycles, at Number 82, Victoria square, Bblton, in the county of- Lancaster, under the style or firm of "The CENTRAL MOTOR COMPANY," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 29th day of September, 1905. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Fitton, by whom the said business will in future be carried on...'[1]
