1926 Company originated in Finland by 3 individuals who later became directors of the British company

1931 Business transferred to Slough

1933 Incorporated as a private company.

1947 Public quotation for the shares. Supplies liners for all types of caps and similar products; made milk bottle discs, also tubes and containers[1]

1955 Metal Box Co sold that part of its business concerned with the manufacture of cork and liners to Capseals Ltd[2]

1967 Purchased its partners' interests in Packaging Products Group[3]

1970 Cope Allman transferred several paper and board making subsidiaries to Capseals in exchange for controlling interest in the company[4]

1982 Worcester Engineering acquired the Packaging Products subsidiary of Capseals specialising in waterproof and barrier papers[5]
