1955 Metal Box Co sold the part of its business that was concerned with the manufacture of cork and liners to Capseals Ltd[3]
1967 Purchased its partners' interests in Packaging Products Group[4]
1970 Cope Allman transferred several paper and board making subsidiaries to Capseals in exchange for a controlling interest in the company[5]
1973 Neptune Valapak Ltd changed its name to Capseals Management Ltd[6]
1982 Worcester Engineering acquired the Packaging Products subsidiary of Capseals specialising in waterproof and barrier papers[7]
1987 Capseals Management Ltd changed its name to Nathaniel Lloyd and Co Ltd
