1975 Acquired part of the business and assets of Harper Engines from Cope Allman International[1]

1982 Re-registered as Camford Engineering PLC

1990 Acquired by Markheath Securities

By 1991 registered office was in Letchworth, Herts

1991 Markheath sold Camford to Hoesch for less than it paid for the company[2]

By 1993 was a subsidiary of Krupp Hoesch[3]
