1927 The Caledonian Omnibus Company Limited was registered as a public company, with capital of £60,000, to acquire and carry on the businesses of operators of motor omnibuses and other motor vehicles carried on by H. Brook and Company Limited, in and around Stranraer; by Brooks Motor Company, in and around Kirkcudbright; by J. and J. Scott, in and around Dumfries; and by the Annandale Motor Company Limited, in and around Lockerbie.[1]
1948 Part of Tilling Motor Services. Nationalised; acquired by the British Transport Commission[2]
