1890 Involved in a law suit with Chamberlain and others[1]

1891 The Company decided to wind up voluntarily. Arthur Greenwood, Mechanical Engineer, of. 16, Great George-street, Westminster, was appointed Liquidator. Suitable parts of the business would be transferred to the New Cadogan and Belgrave Electric Supply Company Limited.[2]

1891 Parliament authorised the Chelsea, Belgrave and Cadogan Electric Supply Co to light parts of the parish of St Luke's, Chelsea[3]
