1990 CPC (United Kingdom) Limited acquired Marmite Limited, Bovril and Ambrosia[1]

1995 Acquired Pot Noodles from Dalgety[2]

1998 CPC changed its name to Best Foods Inc.

2000 Best Foods Inc was acquired by Unilever [3]
