Assistant to Borough Electrical Engineer, Croydon, and City Electrical Engineer, Bradford; Borough Electrical Engineer, Torquay, 1910 to r9I5; City Electrical Engineer, Carlisle, 1919. War Services.—Three years and six months with the colours. Joined ranks London Electrical Engineers, 1915; commissioned in 1916; served in France, 1917 and 1918; promoted in the field to Acting Captain, Royal Engineers, 1918.
