Carries the B3609 across the River Tyne at Stocksfield, between Hexham and Newcastle. It is 2.5 miles west of Ovingham Bridge.

A beautifully designed and constructed road bridge, which merits close study. There are five arches.

Built 1836-8 at the expense of T. W. Beaumont.

Architect George Basevi.
