Adams and the Aachener Stahlwaarenfabrik vorm Carl Schwanemeyer Actiën Gesellschaft, and to carry on the business of motor car, motor and cycle manufacturers, and merchants, engineers, &c. The first directors are J. H. Adams, E. C. Barton, O. Setback, and M. De Breyne.
