1948 Acquired by 'Dorman Smith Holdings have just completed the purchase of British Klockner Switchgear Ltd. from the Custodian of Enemy Property.'[1]
1951 Patents with Herbert Werner Wolff on "Improvements in and relating to apparatus or devices for starting and protecting electric motors" and "Improvements in and relating to automatically operating electrical shunts"
1955 "... British Klockner Switchgear, Chertsey, are to be expanded again. Extensions to the Workington factories, occupied by the D. S. Plugs and lAlorite subsidiaries, are nearing completion ready for new plant for raising production of Alorite ceramics." [2]
1956 ".... Workington are now occupied and new plant is in use for increased production of Alorite. Extension of Chertsey works of the British Klockner Switchgear subsidiary is nearly complete .." [3]
